The lunch program at OSL covers 5 days of meals. Some selections have been chosenfrom the Jamie Oliver Food Revolution menus for schools. http://www.jamieoliver.com/campaigns/jamies-food-revolution/school-food.
Each month a calendar is available on the OSL web site detailing meal choices and descriptions. The monthly calendar provides a quick visual for parents to print and post at home.
The lunch order form should be printed, completed and forwarded with payment to the school office. All forms must be fully completed (please print), payment either by check or cash (no change will be returned) and must be in an envelope or sealed baggy. Order deadlines need to be followed to provide for appropriate planning.
Some students may not care for a particular menu choice, so to accommodate those children, PB & J or Cream Cheese & Jelly (strawberry or grape) served on wheat bread along with sun chips and fruit will be available every day.
If your child has a peanut allergy please inform the school immediately.
Please take your time and complete it with care as we are attempting to provide a good lunch program with efficiency.
The form is prepared in Microsoft Excel and can be completed either by printing the form and manually filling it out or completing it on your computer, let the worksheet calculate the totals for you, print it, and send it with payment to the OSLS office labeled “Lunch Program”.
If you have any questions pleasecontact Melissa McClellan.
