Our last week is here! It is hard to believe! This year has gone by very quickly, and I have enjoyed it very much! Your children have been wonderful to work with. They have come so far and have had many great accomplishments.

This week Wednesday is the kindergarten through fifth grade picnic. It will be held at Mapleridge Park in Selkirk at 9:30am. Please plan on meeting us there. Our class will not return to school for the 11:45am dismissal. Please arrange for your child's transportation home from the park.

The last two days of school will be a half day for all the students. We will dismiss at 11:45am.

Please make sure your child brings a backpack to school the last two days. They have much to bring home.

On Friday, our last day, we will start the morning with chapel at 8:35am. All parents are welcome to attend. After chapel we will have a small end of the year celebration in our classroom. It will start around 9:45am (approximately) and end at 10:15am.  You are invited to join our celebration. This will not be the end of the day for the children.They have another activity to do and will be dismissed at 11:45am. You may return at that time to pick up your child or I will put them on their usual bus (if they are a bus rider).
